Refund Policy

“No Hassle” Return or Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  We only ask you to call us first at 814-880-8800 or email us at info@ameliascompass.com for a Return Authorization number.   Product must be in as new condition.

Returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.

Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account from the date a refund is processed.

To Return by Mail
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, however we will pick up the tab for shipping your gear back out to you. Subsequent exchanges of the same order will be charged our standard shipping rates.  Ship the return to:

Domestic Returns
You are responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number and signature. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.

International Returns
International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. We suggest using a carrier that provides a tracking number and a signature. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs fees.

Defective Items
In situations involving the receipt of defective, incorrectly shipped, or damaged items give us a call and we will pick up the tab. Please Do Not Send Items C.O.D.
